MEET YOUR COACH
Hi, and welcome! I'm Dr. Meaghan Sullivan, a Sport and Performance Psychology Specialist, a Certified Professional Coach, and a Certified Advanced Breathing Instructor. Having worked with professional and collegiate athletes, as well as with members of U.S. Special Operations Forces, I have a wealth of experience educating and training high-level performers on various mental skills and functional breathing practices that enhance overall performance readiness and effectiveness.

As the founder of Master Mind Performance Coaching & Consulting, I offer virtual coaching and consulting services to individuals and teams who are looking to maximize the mental side of performance, whether it be in sport, school, work, or life. As a former collegiate student-athlete, I know, first-hand, about the mental peaks and valleys that coincide with performance, and I am passionate about coaching and equipping performers like you with the tools and skills to master your minds so you can learn to master all of life's performances.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Butler University, where I also competed as a four-year, NCAA Division I student-athlete on the women’s softball team. From there, I completed my graduate studies at the University of Missouri, earning my Master of Education in Career Counseling and Sport Psychology, followed by my PhD in Educational and Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Sport and Performance Psychology. I also graduated as a Certified Professional Coach from the International Coach Academy, and I earned my Advanced Breathing Instructor Certification from The Oxygen Advantage®.

Coaching is about helping you move from where you are to where you want to be. It is a dynamic, thought-provoking, and creative process that inspires you, the performer, to take charge of your personal growth by establishing meaningful goals and developing actionable plans for achieving them.
Consulting is about sharing specialized knowledge, strategies, and techniques to enhance your performance. I specialize in helping performers improve their attention and present-moment focus, increase self-awareness, manage intrusive thoughts and emotions, navigate perfectionism, overcome self-doubt, and enhance composure with functional breathing practices.
As the client, you are in the driver’s seat and have full control over the pace and direction of your coaching sessions. I will support you along the way and ask questions that will inspire self-reflection, self-discovery, and self-advocacy, which will then enable you to determine the best way to reach your desired outcome. Once you have identified your ideal path forward, I will layer in specialized skills, strategies, and techniques that will help to streamline your journey.
